New Recruit Gift:
With Stampin' Up!'s current recruit promotion running, earlier in the month, I signed up a lovely new recruit. Up until a few nights ago, I hadn't had the chance to make her a welcome gift - even though I knew what I wanted to do. So, after finishing all my show entries and swaps, I sat down and put together my 'vision'. It's another project I'm very happy with, and for gift giving, you can fill the punnet as much or as little as you wish. I hope my new down line likes it, and finds it useful in her own projects.
Inside the strawberry punnet, I had scrunched cellophane, 3 x decorated 'love note' cards, a stamp and approx 1 meter each of whisper white and real red grosgrain ribbon (the only colours I had that went with the colour scheme). The entire punnet is held together with a belly band made of DSP.
Supplies:
* Tart & Tangy Stamp Set (yes...again)
* Whisper White & Real Red Cardstock. Summer Picnic DSP.
* Old Olive & Real Red Markers.
* 1/3/8" Circle Punch, Scallop Punch, Round Tab Punch & Corner Rounder.
* Swirly Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
* Sweet Talk Stamp, 3 x Love Notes & envelopes, grosgrain ribbon.

What a lovely gift... and what a great use of a strawberry punnet when the strawberries are all gone! I must give it a go for my next card class... as a give away prize! Thanks for sharing!!
Hey Nerine - LOVE this little gift! What a novel idea!
