My Beautiful Daughter:

I hope no one minds me digressing from Stampin' Up! here, but I am just so proud of my 7 year old daughter. She's had a very busy week this week, completing (with an 83% pass mark) her piano exam, and then yesterday performing at a piano recital. Here's a photo of her trying not to smile while she waits to start performing...

She was so confident, knowing her piece by heart and not needing her music book at all. Which, in hind sight was probably a good thing since she'd misplaced said music book between the school bus and home on Friday! Here she is in the middle of her performance...very serious and concentrating 100%...

Now she's busy practicing so she can play with Nanny S next time we visit. We just know Nanny S will be as proud as punch since she also plays piano beautifully!
