A few weeks ago, my Mother sent me a surprise parcel because "...I sounded sad on the phone", well, I think I should 'sound' sad more often because, when I opened the parcel there was the cutest heart shaped measuring cups and heart shaped mixing bowl in a hot pink colour. Also within was the below, a shower cap which not only is awfully adorable, it's was a great source of inspiration.

I'm really happy with the way this card turned out, I'm only a little sorry the dazzling diamonds hearts don't show up as much in a photo as they do in real life. This card also allowed me to use SU rub-on's for the first time, and I was delighted to find that they are definitely THE BEST rub-ons I've ever used (and I've used HEAPS of different brands before). I hope you like today's card.

* Cause for Celebration (Level 2 Hostess Set), Polka Dot Background Stamp & Scribble This.
* VersaMark & Basic Black Stamp Pad.
* Pretty in Pink, Whisper White and Basic Black Cardstock.
* Dazzling Diamonds, Heat and Stick Powder, 1/3/8" Square Punch, 1/1/4 Square Punch & SAMJ. Last but not least I've also used Cherished Memories Rub-ons.

I so have to use rub-ons soon. They look fabulous in this card.
This is a beautiful card Nerine. I really like the colours together, they don't seem obvious choices, but they look good.
