Monthly Technique Workshops

As we approach the end of the year, I'm excited to let everyone know that we only have two monthly technique workshops left for the year. They are Candle Stamping on the 27th October and Christmas Card making and new Mini Catalogue release on 16th November. The cost of each technique workshop is $20 and this includes product to complete the nominated project/s.

As we will all be together over dinner on Saturday 27th October, to keep costs down, I ask that we all bring a plate of something to share. Further information and venue can be obtained from me at jasner5@bigpond.net.au. RSVP can also be placed via email as places are limited for all monthly workshops.

Participants will need to bring their own consumable supplies such as SNAIL, Sticky Strip etc to all workshops.

27th October - Candle Stamping
In anticipation of Christmas, October's workshop will be Candle Stamping. I will provide enough supplies (excluding SNAIL) for participants to compete one stamped and decorated candle. As a workshop 'add on' participants may be able to purchase another candle (subject to availability) to complete during the workshop. Once participants have completed their candle stamping, they are encouraged to stay and continue working on their own scrapbooking/card making projects using my supply of stamps, inks and non consumable items.

Orders can be placed on the day with me, and there will be a luck door prize to win! Please bring your own drinks, and a plate to share for the buffet style dinner. Light snacks will be provided thoroughout the evening.

Please note, as candles need to be purchased a non-refundable $5 deposit for this workship will be required before the 15th October 2007. RSVP directly to me at jasner5@bigpond.net.au or in person. Positions are limited, so please be in early with your deposit to avoid disappointment.

16th November 2007 - Christmas Card Making.
Previously scheduled for the 24th November 2007 this workshop has been moved to Friday the 16th November 2007 due to Australia's National Election. The workshop will be held at my home from 7.30pm, and for security reasons details of same can be requested from me at jasner5@bigpond.net.au by my current customers and friends only.

Just in time for Christmas, we will be making 6 christmas cards to send out to relatives and/or friends. I will also take this oppertunity to release the new mini catalogue as we will be using exciting new products from the December mini and this will be my last technique workshop for the year.

It is anticipated that the cards will take the majority of the evening to complete, however, participants are encouraged to continue with card making or other papercraft hobbies for the remainder of the evening should they finish early. As ususal, all participants are welcome to use my non consumable items, inks and stamp pads.

Orders can be placed with me on the day, and there will be a lucky door prize to win! Gift Certificates will also be available for that special someone during the holiday season. Light snacks will be provided.
